Finance Committee

Finance CommitteeThe purpose of the Finance Committee is to oversee the financial activities of the Ancala Homeowners Association.

This includes development of the Operating Fund and Reserve Fund annual budgets, review and challenge of the monthly revenues and expenses of the organization, make recommendations to the Board regarding the financial affairs of the organization and the impact of proposed activities, ensure that an annual audit of the financial statements is completed and made available to all homeowners and ensure the timely filing of all tax returns of the organization.
