Communications Committee

The Communications Committee was formed for the purpose of enhancing communications with residents and homeowners within Ancala.

Communications Committee

Our mission is to implement and oversee effective communications through a variety of media delivery systems with particular focus on dissemination of information from the Board of Directors as well other committees, including Architectural Control, Maintenance and Security, Finance and Hospitality.

The objective is for homeowners in Ancala to receive and/or access information which enhances their knowledge and experience on issues relevant to our community.

Towards this goal, the responsibilities of the Communications Committee include but are not limited to:

  • Creation and continual improvement of the Ancala monthly newsletter HomeTimes.
  • Ongoing enhancements to the Ancala public and private website.
  • Development of improved email communication within the community.
  • Support social and other community activities through promotion of these events in the community newsletter and website.
  • Support real estate activity within Ancala by maintaining the online and print version of the Luxury Home Tour Guide.
  • Provide periodic polling of the community for constructive feedback on a variety of topic matters with emphasis on how we can improve our overall communication effectiveness.
  • Maintain a current homeowner database and provide homeowners the choice to have this information available to the public via the website, newsletter and printed directories.
