Board of Directors
The purpose of the Board of Directors is to conduct and oversee the business affairs of the Association as well as provide direction to the onsite Executive Director.
The mission of the Board of Directors is to assure compliance of the governing documents of the Association and conduct Association business for the benefit of all members.

The Board of Directors meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Ancala Country Club in the Board Room. The meeting begins at 4:00PM and is open to all Ancala residents.
From time to time if there are any financial matters to be discussed, these will be addressed at the Board of Directors meeting and/or a Finance Committee meeting on an as-needed basis. The current Finance Committee members include Dave Shea and JC Durnin.
