Architectural Control Committee
The purpose of the Architectural Control Committee in conjunction with the Executive Director is to review of all Architectural Submittals received by the Association. In addition, the Committee determines by majority when a submittal is approved, denied or may make a request for re-submittal. The Committee also inspects the community to assure homeowners are in compliance with the CCR's and Design Guidelines.
The mission of the Architectural Control Committee is to protect, preserve, and enhance the value of the properties within the Association.
The Architectural Control Committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at the Ancala Country Club in the Board Room. The meeting begins at 4:00PM and is open to all Ancala residents.
